HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Should you need to return your purchase, kindly note that you have 15 days starting from the receipt of your order to complete the return process.
We recommend booking the service within 7 days after receiving your order to ensure it arrives safely back in our hands before the 15-day return window expires. To ease the return process as much as possible, Pucci offers all Customers a free return collection service.

How to book your collection:

  1. Access the Return Portal.
  2. Insert your order number and the email address you used at the moment of the order.
  3. Follow the instructions to obtain the Return Label and book the pickup with the courier.

RETURN POLICY

  • We offer free returns only from the same original destination state. If you return an item from a different state, additional costs and duties may be applied.
  • We kindly ask you to carefully check all the items before removing any tags or discarding the original packaging.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed conditions, with all the original tags still attached.
  • Any packaging accessories such as, for example, certificates of authenticity, protective bags, or leather tags, if provided, must be returned as well, as they are considered part of the product.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned free of any marks or stains, in their original undamaged boxes and placed inside a protective shipping box.
  • If the item has a security tag, it must be returned with the tag in its original location. In case the tag is removed, the item will not comply with the return policy and will not be refunded.
  • We recommend you return the items in their original packaging to ensure proper protection during transportation.
  • Some products, such as lingerie items, may not be returned.
